Everyone is getting more oriented in getting the things done, than thinking will it work or does it have a better way of doing it?
Yes, if the orientation is towards the betterness than the readiness, there would be less failures and better products, than many products with many modifications that might not work. That seems to be the reasons for many lawsuits, divorces, firings being seen all around the world.
